This Week’s Chapters: Hebrews 7-11
Pastor Julie Beemer
Hebrews 10:24 - "And let us consider and give attentive, continuous care to watching over one another, studying how we may stir up (stimulate and incite) to love and helpful deeds and noble activities."
Here is a great scripture that I found when I was preparing for one of my classes at World Harvest Bible Training Centre. It was for my “How to do Special Events Class”.
I had never seen this scripture before but there it was, talking about how important it is to have noble activities in our lives. It's good to have fun! We as individuals need to make sure we have fun in our lives. Our families, friends and children need to have us make sure that we are planning for these special times. Not every day needs to be a special event, but our schedule needs them in order to break away from the mundane and ordinary.
This scripture also talks about us doing helpful deeds. When was the last time you planned in your schedule a helpful deed for a neighbour, older person, or friend?
The Bible says this is the way we are to care and watch over one another.
God has someone around you that you can do a helpful deed for, someone you can plan a special activity with. Love and care can come wrapped in all different kinds of packages.
Give the gift of helpful deeds or noble activities to someone this week.

WoW, after hearing this message, i understood the scripture reference in a different light. I enjoyed the way it was presented and it will surely preach. I hope that you wont mind if i borrow your message and teach in in Israel. It is a topic that is so needed to be heard in the churches here and i will begin my first applying it to my life and proving it out. Well done. I never took your class so its a bonus for me. Thanks JWB

Thanks Pastor Julie, I read straight past that verse but now I see it - very relevant for me at the moment too! But I just wanted to share the verse, no the chapter that blessed me this week. Hebrews 11 - verse 1 is such a famous one but the rest of the chapter is so humbling and yet incredibly inspiring to be reminded of all those faithful people.

I love this scripture!
There is nothing better than having fun and planning something for others to enjoy.
Reading this scripture today has made up my mind about this evening. I had a choice to go to a 2.5hour event in London tonight, last minute notification, or do chocolate apples with the kids for Halo-een tonight! What do you think - no contest!!!!! Thanks Pastor Julie
