As Pastor Alan said in closing ... this was the whole church operating together and we saw just a glimpse of the teaching and encouragement that our children are receiving and the amazing results - not just in talent but in effective witnessing and evangelism.
It all culminated in a passionate missionary message from one of the Go Kids leaders exhorting all of us to play our part in the Great Commission.
The church carried the celebratory atmosphere into Seedley Park, where we picnicked and enjoyed fun and fellowship in the scorching May sunshine. Check out our photos!

- Sacha Mitchell 'Twas a great day - congrats to all the GoKids leaders - a lot of effort and no lack of enthusiasm for an inspiring service! This spirit continued into the afternoon someone suggested that it was the largest church gathering they could remember outside of the Sanctuary!

It was wonderful to see God building relationships in the park, with the football, food, games and informal chat, it was great to see everyone mixing and enjoying the blessing of God on the whole day - looking forward to all God has for WHBC, the city and beyond!
