Creativity

Hi everyone,

hope you got something out of the heart notes meeting last Wednesday. It was a good opportunity to share ideas and learn some things from a slightly different perspective! Even if it wasn’t particularly your thing, it’s good to see the same elements being emphasized in songwriting that we would consider important. Like vocal rhythm, pitch, chord selection, correct theology, defined theme, whether its congregational etc. It was also encouraging that our song was well received, without the need to really change anything. Its a sign that were in a good environment where creativity and gifting can mature and flourish!

We believe this creativity will escalate as we continue to develop as a team and that we’ll see some great things occurring as a result. We want to be ready for the new sounds and new songs that have been prophetically spoken and sung about recently by our pastors and others like Clive Urquhart. Its a really important time to press into God because something very significant will be worked out if we’re willing to peruse Him. Remember its that time in the secret place that will bring the increase to the team, or as Pastor Matthew said “proficient in private, proficient in public”

If we do this, we can be expectant and excited to see whats going to happen next !!!
